POSITION : MINING SALES LUBES EXECUTIVE KATANGA
Engen DRC IS looking for Congolese National, experienced and well-rounded sales executive. Someone who networks, makes connections, builds relationships, and pursues opportunities in mining area. He will be part of a team leading all efforts to generate revenue with new clients by executing a disciplined new business development protocol.
The ideal candidate is young, less than 35 years old, focused, highly motivated, well-organized individual with strong communication skills, and ability to think strategically who has a deep understanding of Mining and lubes prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Strong problem Solving, He or She will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum qualification S4 Mechanical Engineering or BSc Engineering or equivalent
SAIT Lubrication Engineering Certification
S.T.L.E. CLS certification advantageous
5 years’ sales experience in mining & construction lubrication or related/similar field
Proficient in French and English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, time-management skills and target driven
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing mining markets
Perform cost-benefit analysis
Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Mentor Mining Mechanical customer on lubes specifications
